The registration fee covers the costs of participation, conference materials, catering and cultural program at all conference venues with exception of the joint dinner on November 18, 2019. You will receive a confirmation of your registration from the conference office. The registration form and confirmation of payment constitute an invoice. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please CONTACT us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 1, 2019. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by the date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after November 1, 2019.
For cancellations please sens us an email including the conference ticket ID number together with your full name.

For conference participants and guests, a special arrangement has been made with Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Downtown in Washington, DC.

BADGES

Badges and conference material will be picked up onsite at the conference registration counters. Please bring your confirmation email and ID card (or passport) to the conference.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

The conference organizers reserve the right to take pictures and making videos during the conference. Attendance at the conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproductions.
